The Fall Equinox is upon us. The hours of the day will be matched by the hours of the night as the earth tips in perfect balance. It reminds me to tune into these cycles of seasons and renew my own commitment to balance in my life. Of work and play. Of asceticism and indulgence. Of my physical self and my intellectual self.

I'm still battling through an overwhelm of work (stop by Cuppa to catch a glimpse of some of that work!) but I'm seeking time out daily to pause and be still for a few moments. To connect to this transition from the growth and fecundity of summer to the harvesting and dying back of autumn.
