And that movement propels us toward the life we know we’re meant to be living.
Momentum Sessions are all about action.
Think of them as a one-on-one workshop where what you want is the ONLY thing on the agenda.
We dig deep into your project, creative pursuit, idea, life change, or goal and knock out the steps that have you stuck.
We don’t just talk about them, we don’t just plan for them, we DO them. Together.
Make no mistake- Momentum Sessions are intense. We are not messing around here.
You will spend our time together working really freaking hard.
I will ask you to clear some space, gather your thoughts, get really honest, and stay focused.
I will ask you to step up to your fears. I will ask you to face your overwhelm.
I will ask you to cut “someday” out of your vocabulary altogether.
Momentum Sessions aren’t for “someday.”
Momentum Sessions are for when you are tired of waiting, tired of wondering, tired of wishing.
Momentum Sessions are for NOW.
How it works
Momentum Sessions are half-day one-on-one sessions.
Once you register for your session, I send you your Getting Started materials and you work through them, returning them to me no less than 24 hours prior to our session date.
We meet during a single 5-hour block of time.
We spend 2 highly focused and productive hours taking action toward your goal. Then we take a 1-hour break to process, create space in our brains, and refresh. This is followed by 2 more hours of focused action.
We have a 90-minute follow-up call 2-4 weeks after your session to refine your strategy and address any issues that came up in the interim.
